Laboratory "Geochemical and hydrodynamic methods of earthquake prediction" has been operating since 1976 and was established on the basis of the laboratory, "The search for methods seysmogeohimicheskih and geophysical precursors of earthquakes." In the laboratory, there are 16 people, of whom 11 work in the observation posts - GGHS and GGDS.
The scientific activity of the laboratory is aimed at searching for geochemical and hydrodynamic earthquake precursors with reliable features. To achieve these objectives the staff engaged in managing, processing and analyzing time series of observation network, as well as improving metodikiissledovany.
In Kyrgyzstan, the emergence and development of this laboratory reflect the emergence of this trend in the USSR and the Institute of Seismology, NAS KR. The grounds were the observations of passing information on "Sredazgeominvod" Kyrgyz Research Institute of balneology and physiotherapy at the Health Ministry Rupr. SSR and Geological Expedition of Geology Department of the Kyrgyz Republic, which since 1976 supplemented daily data from stationary points TMB "Issyk-Ata", "Alamedin", "Jets-Oguz", "Dolinka" and others. They have played a decisive role in the deployment of seysmogidrogeologicheskogo Monitoring, including sampling and adjustment devices, the introduction of rapid methods of chemical analysis and automation of registration of dynamic parameters. According to them comparable with the areas identified Sarykamashskogo (1970), Zhalanash-Tyup (1978), Kadzhisayskogo-1 or Barskaun (1980) suggests the possibility of earthquakes allocation processes for the preparation of earthquakes with K ≥ 12.
The network currently consists of monitoring seysmogidrogeologicheskogo 7 projects, seven of which are located in the northern Tien Shan and one - "Sopu-Korgon" - in southwestern Kyrgyzstan's Osh region. These objects are based mainly on the TMB, only "Conv Korgon" where measures the temperature and water flow rate a spring emerging from the Quaternary.
In addition, under the agreement on scientific cooperation between the state institutions "Seismological Experimental and Methodical Expedition" MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan (GI "KH MES ") and the Institute of Seismology, NAS KR arrive daily averages of the five stations of Almaty polygon (APP) - Alma -Arasan, Lower-Kamenka, Tau-Turgen, Kurram and Merck, which conducted continuous observations, including measurements of atmospheric pressure and air temperature.
To date, one of the main achievements of the laboratory is considered to be the accumulation of time series of them lasting more than 40 years, which, indeed, soputstvuyaperiodam earthquake preparation with K ≥ 13.0 as as sharp and spiked buhto- jumps and "failures" as well as the lack of notable bursts eventually lead not only to the disclosure of the mechanisms of formation and dynamics of their changes, but also to clarify the decisive role of hydrogeological parameters in the study of modern geodynamic processes. Today, we have to refine the interpretation of an ambiguous course of time the gas-chemical composition and the dynamic parameters of groundwater recovered previously closed and open new facilities and their filtered time series of the program "Mesosaur forecast", version 1.2, will facilitate the separation of the signals coming from the the depths of the Earth on the background of these unwanted "noise".
